Place-based education: Kindergarten through College
A presentation and workshop on Fritjof Capra's Systems Theory as it relates to place-based and garden-based education in public schools. Current projects by the Center for Ecoliteracy were discussed and garden-based middle school curricula was presented.
Success in Self-directed Graduate Level Education
This workshop offered concrete strategies for succeeding in self-directed upper-level education and educational research.
